Our Mission

The mission of the CJUSD Adult Education Program is to provide accessible and flexible educational opportunities to the adult members of our community, as a means to improving lifelong, workforce, and learning skills which lead to a better quality of life. 

 

Colton Joint Adult Education Schoolwide Learner Outcomes:

Students will: 

  • Cultivate effective Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Digital Skills
  • Join with school, workplace, and the larger community to contribute
  • Advance to postsecondary education, training and career

The CJUSD Adult Education program is a member of the Inland Adult Education Consortium. Our goal is to help prepare adults in the region to learn the academic and job skills needed to improve their employment opportunities.

I'm thrilled and honored to serve as your principal. Our Adult Education offers programs in High School Equivalency (HSE) / GED Test Preparation, High School Diploma (HSD), English as a Second Language (ESL), Citizenship, and other General Interest Classes.
